Min 1: C2B pull-ups x 10 (strict pull up or plank pull)

Min 2: Ring dips x 10 (matador or push ups)

15 min AMRAP

60 cal row

50 wall balls

40 T2B (K2E, or V-sit ups)

30 Power cleans @ 135/95

20 Muscle ups (C2B, chin over bar or plank pulls)

Notes:

– Scale pull ups with either chin over bar pull-ups or plank pulls, and dips with the matador, or push ups.

– If you get through everything in the wod, start at the top again
