Today’s WOD

A. 10 min to build to a tough double OHS or Front squat

B.Go every 60-90 sec squat clean/Snatch x 1-2 reps x 5-7 sets

6 min AMRAP

6 Snatches @ 155/105 OR Clean 205/135 (70%)

30 DU’s

Notes:

– Build per set on B up to 90% by the end

– Likely only get a few rounds on AMRAP if weight chosen is right
