EMOM x 9

Min 1 – Muscle up/Pull ups x 30 sec max reps

Min 2 – HS walk/Hold/wall walk x 30 sec

Min 3 – Alternating pistols

+

5 sets of:

1 min – Row for cals

1 min – Russian KBS @ 2/1.5pd AMRAP

1 min – Thrusters @ 95/65 (50% ish) AMRAP

1 min – C2B pull ups AMRAP

REST 1 min b/t sets

Notes:

– This is a full day, lots to work on, and challenging work if done right. Score is total reps for 5 sets of last part
