A1. T2B x 30 sec AMRAP, rest 30 sec

A2. Deadlifts x 3 (tough), rest 90 sec x 5

For time:

Run 400m

30 Push ups

50 DU’s

REST 2 min x 5

Notes:

– just don’t do the math on the push ups, it’ll throw you off…come in and enjoy
