A. Go every 2 min: Back squats x 6@65%,4@75%,2@80%,2@85%,1@90%

B. 1 set of max rep back squats @ 80% of max (no long pauses)

9 Thrusters @ 155/105

18 C2B pull ups

7 Thrusters

14 C2B pull ups

5 Thrusters

10 C2B pull ups

Notes:

– depending on how you score on “B” will indicate if you are more enduring or explosive by nature

– metcon is short, but make the thrusters HEAVY
