A. Standing strict press x 2-3 reps, rest 90 sec b/t sets x 6 – build per set to 2RM

+

Switch EMOM x 21

Min 1: Russian KBS x 15 @ 2/1.5

Min 2: Hand release Push ups x 15

Min 3: Double Unders x 50

Notes:

– tough to score the EMOM, but see if you can hang on for the given reps for all 7 rds

– score for the day can be 2RM shoulder press
