Today’s WOD

In teams of 2 or 3 – switch after each complete round:

15 min AMRAP:

7 Burpee box jumps @ 24/20”

7 Thrusters @ 135/95

7 C2B pull ups

REST 5 min

In the same teams:

10 min AMRAP

9 Box Jumps @ 24/20”

9 Push Press @ 135/95

9 Ring dips

Notes:

team WODS, tough, but bring out the best in people.

Scale the Ring dips with Dips from the Matador or jerk blocks, or keep working on your push ups.

– Tip: for those that can do this quickly, teams of 3 may be best suited for you
