A. Back squats, go every 2 min 5 @ 55%, 5 @ 65%, 3 @ 75%, 2 @ 85%, 2 @ 90%, 1 @ 95%, 2 @ 90%, 1 @ 90%

10 Hang Cleans @ 155/105

10 Front rack reverse lunges @ 155/105

Notes:

– back squats should be heavy and tough after first 3 sets

– overall tough leg day!
