EMOM x 7 – 1.1 Power Snatch OR Power Clean @ 80-85% of max (10 sec b/t lifts)

For time:

5 Power snatch @ 155/105

10 Box jumps @ 30/24

10 Power snatch @ 145/100

20 Box jumps

15 Power snatch @ 135/95

30 Box jumps

100 Sit ups

Notes:

– use 1 barbell for WOD, decrease weight a little bit as reps go up, the wods done once you get through the 100 sit ups…not med ball this week!
