A1. Front squats x 3-4 reps, rest 1 min (try increasing load from last week)

A2. Rope climb x 1 OR Muscle up work x 30 sec, rest 1 min x 6

For time:

Row 1000m

75 KBS @ 2/1.5 (American)

50 Wall balls

25 Deadlifts @ 255/185

Notes:

– same strength/skill work as last week to start, finish with this tough chipper
