Today’s WOD

A. Back squats x 5,5,4,2,2 – build per set to a 2RM, go every 2 min

B. Back squats x 4-5 reps @ 80-85% of A, rest 2 min x 2

+

2 Sets for reps of:

3 min AMRAP

10 Ground 2 Overhead @ 115/75

10 OHS @ 115/75

10 Burpees

REST 2 min b/t sets

Notes:

– go for it on the back squats, hit a strong number and then 4-5 reps @ 80-85% is doable

– Short metcon, work through quickly, ensure weight doesn’t slow you down too much
