A1. Seated strict press x 4-5 reps, rest 20 sec

A2. DU’s x 30 sec max reps, rest 90 sec x 5

With a 7 min timer complete:

500m row, then in remaining time –

AMRAP of:

10 Wall balls

10 Box jumps 24/20

* score is total rounds of wall balls + box jumps

Notes:

– mixing some strength and skill to begin the day, followed by an interesting 7 min test
