Today’s WOD

A1. Front squats x 3-4 reps, rest 1 min

A2. Rope climb x 1 OR Muscle up work x 30 sec, rest 1 min x 6

+

8 min AMRAP

30 wall balls

30 pull ups

30 DU’s

Notes:

– Scale pull ups with either Ring rows or Plank pulls ( set up a bar at about bench height, then preform a pull up like you would a ring row)

– break up the AMRAP from the start or you’ll find this a long 8 min
