Today’s WOD

A1. Snatch x 1, OHS x 3 OR Clean x 1, Front squat x 3, rest 20 sec

A2. Hollow hold x 20 sec, rest 90 sec x 5

+

3 Rds for time:

15 HSPU’s

20 Front rack reverse lunges @ 135/95 (10/leg)

Notes:

– Do either a snatch or a clean, followed immediately by 3 squats for A1.

– reverse lunges are easier than forward lunges 🙂
