A. Pull ups OR Muscle ups x 3-4 reps, rest 1 min x 5
B1. 500/400m row @ 80%, rest 1 min
B2. 100 Du’s (or 1 min of practice), rest 1 min x 3
+
9 min AMRAP
Power Cleans x 3,6,9,12,15… (up by 3 each round) @ 155/105
Box Jumps x 6 (each round is 6)
Notes:
– more pull up work, some aerobic + skill mixed together, and finish off with this power clean ladder
