A. Back squats x 5,5,3,2,2 – Go every 2 min, build per set
B. Back squat x 8-10 reps @ 75-80% of max achieved in A, rest 2 min x 2
In teams of two, alternate sets to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 Push Press 155/105 lbs
6 Box Jump-Overs 24/20″
9 Kettlebell Swings 2/1.5
– try to increase loads on back squats to a 2RM, then hit up 8-10 reps @ 75+% of A.
– switch after each complete round with a partner for 12 minutes, no problem!
