A1. Split jerk x 1-2 reps, rest 30 sec

A2. Rope climbs x 1-2, rest 1 min x 6

For time:
21 Deadlifts @ 225/155
15 HSPU’s
9 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
1000m row OR 200 Du’s
9 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
15 HSPU’s
21 Deadlifts

Notes:

  • working some skill and strength to begin the day
  • Sub in either Push ups or L seated presses for the HSPU to help build your upper body pushing strength
  •  Chipper has 2 options for the middle, chose appropriately…similar to earlier in the month
