Today’s WOD

A. Back Squats x 5,5,3,2,2 – go every 2 min x 5 sets (10 min) – build up to a 2RM, likely close to 85-90% of 1RM

B. Back squats x 8-10 reps @ 75-80% of 2RM achieved in A, rest 2-3 min b/t sets x 2 sets

In teams of 2, switch after each complete round x 10 min
3 Power Cleans @ 185/135 lbs
6 Burpee Box Jump-Overs 24/20

Notes:

– just in case you were afraid we don’t squat enough, here’s a good heavy day. Build per set with the 5,5,3 sets being primers for the last two sets of 2.
