Today’s WOD

A. Go every 90 sec x 5 sets, 1 snatch balance OR 3 OHS OR 3 Hang Cleans

B1. Pull up work x 4-5 reps @ 41X2, rest 30 sec

B2. HS hold/Walk x 20-30 sec, rest 1 min x 5


10 min AMRAP

5 Shoulder to Overhead @ 155/105 lbs
10 Box Jumps 24/20
15 R-KBS 2/1.5


– start the day off with some skill and strength work, plenty of options for everyone, chose what you need, but can still do

– AMRAP should allow you to keep moving, chose options appropriately
