A2. Wtd pull ups x 3-4 reps, rest 1 min x 5

Against a 4 min timer:

Row 500/400m

25 Box Jumps @ 24/20

AMRAP DU’s in remaining time

REST 2 min x 3 sets

Notes:

– challenge yourself on bench press and pull up work, work up to maxes for the rep range

– score for metcon is DU’s completed
