A. EMOM x 8 – Strict Shoulder Press x 1 rep @85-95% of 1RM

B. EMOM x 6

Odd: Ring rows x 6-8 reps @ 31X2

Even: Hollow rocks x 10 reps

Ring Dips
Push Ups

Notes:

  • Scale the HSPU by using either pike pushups with your feet on a box or the floor
  • Scale the ring dips by using the matador, a box or a bench

– very tough upper body day, dig in on shoulder press and take JT as it comes
