A1. Jerk x 1-2 reps, rest 30 sec

A2. Hollow rocks x 10-15 reps, rest 90 sec x 5

For time:
21 Burpees
15 Thrusters (115/75 lbs)
9 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
1000m row OR 200 DU’s
9 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
15 Thrusters
21 Burpees

Notes:

– working our jerks today, try to build per set to a 1RM by the end. Supersetting with some core work, adjust reps/movement as needed.

– Metcon is a delicious ensemble, enjoy!
