Today’s WOD

A. Take 12 minutes to build to a 2-RM Clean & Jerk OR Snatch (10 sec b/t lifts)

In teams of 3, alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)
6 Box Jumps @ 30/24″
9 Push-Ups

Notes:

– only switch on metcon after each complete round, challenge yourself with the weight and height
