Go get some Pizza at Dels (formerly know as Del Dentes) and support local Boxing sensation Many Bujold and her Road to Rio!

A. Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets) of- Push Press x 2-3 reps using 80-90% of max


In teams of two, complete 4 sets each, “I go, you go style”:
10 Ground to Overhead @ 155/105
10 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20

– make push press hard, build per set if you can

– For the team workout, it should be about 1:1 work rest ratio, sets should be hard and fast maybe close to 2-3 min if weight and effort is right…longer for some
