A2. Muscle ups/Pull ups/Negatives/Ring rows x 3-5 reps, rest 90 sec x 5

30 Push Press @ 75/55

20 Box Jumps 24/20

+

50 cal row for time

 

Notes:

– weight is light on AMRAP for a reason…go fast!

– 50 cal row, better or worse than 500m?
