Today’s WOD

A1. Bench press x 4-6 reps, rest 30 sec

A2. Bent over rows @ 31X2, 6-8 reps, rest 90 sec x 4

For time:

Row 1000/800m, immediately followed by:

5 Rds of:

20 wall balls

10 Ring dips

 

Notes:

– Who doesn’t a little chest and back work?!

– continue to work on that upper body push strength by doing either push ups or dips on the matador
