Today’s WOD

A1. Deadlift x 3 reps, rest 30 sec

A2. Side plank x 30 sec/side, rest 30 sec b/t sides then back to A1 after second 30 sec rest x 5 sets

+

15 min AMRAP

10 Ground to OH @ 135/95

100m row sprint

10 Burpee pull ups

120’ Farmers carry @ 2/1.5 pood per hand (Down and back on turf)

 

Notes:

– Deadlifts should be built up per set to a 3RM

– AMRAP will interesting, see how it goes!
