A1. L-pull ups x 5-7 reps, rest 30 sec

A2. Alternating KB snatch x 5-7 reps/arm, rest 30 sec

A3. Row sprint 150m, rest 1 min x 4

10 min AMRAP

30 Wall ball shots

20 Box jumps @ 24/20

10 T2B

Notes:

– starting the day with a little skill/strength/power work, challenge yourself appropriately

– AMRAP will likely need to be broken up, keep brakes short
