Today’s WOD

A1. 3 position squat clean or snatch (high hang, mid-thigh, floor), rest 10 sec

A2. HS hold/walk x 20-30 sec, rest 90 sec x 5

+

7 min AMRAP

7 OHS @ 135/95 OR Front squats @ 155/105

7 Box jumps @ 24/20

7 T2B

 

Notes:

– learn to pull from each position on the clean or snatch

– Weight and reps should be UB for AMRAP

– Sub in knees to elbow or hanging leg/ knee raises for T2B. Try to hang from the bar though to improve grip strength
