A1. Power clean/Power snatch x 1.1.1.1 (10 sec b/t lifts), rest 1 min

A2. Rope climb x 1, rest 1 min x 7

3 Rds for time:

10 Power clean @ 155/105 OR Power Snatch @ 115/75

10 Burpee box jumps 24/20”

Notes:

– Try to maintain a 2 legged jump for the box jump. Lets work on being explosive

– you can mix and match or stick to one or the other for the strength work and the WOD
