Today’s WOD

A1. 45 sec Max reps of – Muscle ups, C2B, pull ups, negatives OR ring rows, rest 30 sec

A2. 45 sec HS walk, shoulder taps OR wall walks, rest 30 sec

A3. 45 sec Hollow hold OR plank (as much as possible), rest 1 min x 5

+

5 x 2 min sets of:

3 Hang squat cleans @ 135/95

6 Shoulder to OH

9 Front squats

Burpees x max reps in remaining time

REST 2 min b/t sets

*score is total number of burpees

Notes:

– high skill day, choose wisely with your scaling options in order to challenge yourself appropriately
