Today’s WOD

5 min AMRAP

5 Hang squat clean 135/95 OR,  hang squat snatch 95/65

10 Burpees over the bar

REST 3 min

5 min AMRAP

10 Power cleans @ 155/105

20 Pull ups

REST 3 min

5 min AMRAP

15 Box jump overs 24/20”

30 wall balls

Notes:

– If you can’t do a two legged jump over the bar do your burpees next to the bar

-If you are still working on pull ups you can use ring rows or ½ the reps and go strict, or negatives for ¼ of the reps

– pace yourself, this will get “real” fast!
