A1. Power clean & jerk x 1, rest 20 sec

A2. Rope climb x 1, rest 90 sec x 5

In teams of 2 complete 12 sets for time of:

3 Power clean @ 135/95

6 Shoulder to OH

9 Push ups

*This can be broken up any way you like

Notes:

– build per set on power clean and jerk, use toughest rope climb method you can
