Today’s WOD

In teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes:

10 Reverse lunges steps (5/leg) @ 95/65 (bar in back rack position)

10 Russian KBS @ 2/1.5pd

* 1 person working at a time, and you MUST complete a full round (10+10) before switching

Notes:

– some of these team workouts bring out the best in peoples efforts and performance
