Today’s WOD

Complete the following within 45 minutes:

A. Find a max squat clean and jerk OR squat snatch

B. Find a max bench press

c. 500m row for time

D. 3 min max rep bar touching burpees

Notes:

A few more fun tests for everyone, take whatever time is needed to complete each task with sufficient warm up and time to rest and recover
