Today’s WOD

Complete the following within 45 minutes:

  1. Find a 1/3/5 RM Back OR Front squat
  2. Find a 1/3/5 RM Shoulder to OH – Any style
  3. Find a 1/3/5 RM Deadlift

Notes:

  • For those with undermined or untested maxes this is a MUST day for you, come in and see where your limits and capabilities are
  • You choose whether you want to do a 1/3/5 RM (don’t do all, just one or the other). Hint: the newer you are you should tend to lean towards doing either a 3 or a 5RM
