A1. Left leg Split squats with bar in back rack position x 8-10 reps, rest 30 sec

A2. Hollow hold x 30 sec, rest 30 sec

A3. Right leg split squats x 8-10 reps, rest 30 sec

A4. Plank on hands x 30 sec, rest 30 sec x 3
