A. Go every 3 min x 5 – Power Snatch x 2.2.2 (rest 10 sec b/t doubles)

3 sets for time of:

100 DU’s

30 KBS @ 2/1.5

20 Box Jumps @ 24/20”

Rest 2 min b/t sets

Notes:

  • Break sets up into bit size pieces you can maintain per set and go for it
