- Straight forward day, go heavy, and challenge yourself throughout
- If your working towards higher skill movement but the rep scheme is too big try going 3,6,9 and move consistently.
- If your scaling the upper body push movements try subbing wall walks and push ups just to switch it up a bit.
- For the T2B hang from a bar and get those toes as high as possible. Keeping legs straight will make this more challenging
