A. Go every 2 min x 5 sets, strict press x 3-5 reps

6 HSPU’s

9 Ring dips

12 T2B



  • Straight forward day, go heavy, and challenge yourself throughout
  • If your working towards higher skill movement but the rep scheme is too big try going 3,6,9 and move consistently.
  • If your scaling the upper body push movements try subbing wall walks and push ups just to switch it up a bit.
  • For the T2B hang from a bar and get those toes as high as possible. Keeping legs straight will make this more challenging
