A. Go every 2:30 – Back squat x 6 reps @ 70% x 6 sets

12 min AMRAP

10 Burpees

20 Lunges with 45/35lb bar in front rack

30 sec plank on elbows

 

Notes:

  • Warning: Legs will be sore, take the time to flush them out post WOD
