A. 15 min to build to a max clean OR snatch

+

EMOM x 20

Odd: 30 sec row OR 15 cals whichever one comes first

Even: Power Clean OR power snatch x 3 @ 75% of A

 Coaches Tips: for the strength work it’s a full squat, for the metcon it’s a the power version
