- L2 for the strict HSPU work try to put your feet on a box and keep your torso piked, if this still to advanced keep your feet on the ground and do dive bombers
- L1 keep working towards your push up from your toes
- I don’t know about you, but weighted lunges just kill my glutes and hamstrings every time!
