Today’s WOD

A1. Front rack lunges x 16 (8/leg), rest 1 min

A2. 1 min AMRAP strict HSPU’s, rest 1 min x 5

+

4 Rds for time:

10 T2B

15 Box jumps

20 Wall balls

 

Notes:

  • L2 for the strict HSPU work try to put your feet on a box and keep your torso piked, if this still to advanced keep your feet on the ground and do dive bombers
  • L1 keep working towards your push up from your toes
  • I don’t know about you, but weighted lunges just kill my glutes and hamstrings every time!
