Today’s WOD

A. Snatch grip push press x 5 – on last rep keep weight overhead and walk 20’, rest 1 min x 4


For time:

With a partner complete 5 sets of each movement (you will each do 5 rows + 5 x 10 lifts and burpees)

Partner A – 500m row

Partner B – 10 Hang clean thruster @ 115/75, 10 Burpees

*While one person rows, the other person does 10 hang clean thrusters, then performs 10 burpees. You CANNOT switch until the row and the lifts are done.



– this could be close on who finishes first, try to hang on to your pace as best as possible
