A. Go every 2 min x 8 sets – 1 hang clean, 1 clean OR 1 hang snatch, 1 snatch

With a partner – Switch every COMPLETE round (you must do 12 + 12 before switching)

12 min AMRAP

12 Wall balls

12 Burpees

 

Notes:

– a little Oly work, followed by a partner WOD, find someone who goes about your pace if you can
