Then…Tabata handstands
Partner WOD
-1000M row while partner holds the front rack 155/115
-50 burpees while partner holds barbell overhead 95/65
-50 thrusters while partner holds plank
*reps/meters may be split up any way but static hold must be held for reps/meters to count.
