In teams of 2 – 1 person working at a time:
200 wall balls
10 laps around the perimeter of the gym while 1 person is carrying 45/35 overhead, switch each lap + both people go around the gym together (Cones can be placed in each of the “corners” to make a box in the gym to go around)
200 push ups
10 laps around the gym (same as above)
– this looks like a fun challenge, come out with your training partners and see how it goes
