A. Snatch grip push press x 5 – on last rep keep weight overhead and walk 20’, rest 1 min x 4

  • there’s been some value in these OH walks, let’s keep them going for a bit yet
  • L3 will run through this as rx’d, L2 use either kipping ring rows with your feet on a box or ring rows but keep the reps the same . L1 athletes should scale the row back to 400/350 and ring row reps to 20, 15,10
