A1. Push press x 2-4 reps, rest 1 min

A2. FLR x 45-90 sec, rest 1 min x 4

5 sets of:

With a 1 min timer – perform 10 American KBS @ 2/1.5 pd, in remaining time AMRAP Thrusters @ 75/55, rest 1 min b/t sets

For a scaling option try going with the Rx’d weight but doing Russian swings

* score is total number of thrusters

 

Notes:

– Add weight per set on push press so you are within the rep range and those are hard

– weight on thrusters is light so you can get lots of reps in!
