A1. L3-Strict pull ups – AMRAP, rest 30 sec

L1- Ring rows trying to get feet as close to the wall as possible

A2. Hollow hold x 20 sec, rest 1 min x 4

15 box jumps 24/20

10 Bent over rows 95/65

 

Notes:

  • If you can do more than 5 strict pull ups, than consider doing some weighted pull ups
