Today’s WOD

A. Go every 90 sec x 3 sets – 30 sec front rack hold with barbell loaded to 110% of front squat

B. Go every 2 min x 5 sets – clean x 3 @ 75-80%

C. HSPU’s x max reps, rest 90 sec x 5

2 Rds for time @ 155/105:

15 Deadlifts

12 Hang power cleans

9 Front squats

6 Jerks

 

Notes:

– Part A will get things fired up, then the cleans should feel light

– Metcon should be quick, adjust load as needed to get it done in 5-7 min or so
